Berkeley Heights Fireworks Standby 2019!

Yesterday evening Fanwood Rescue went to support to our friends at the Berkeley Heights Volunteer Rescue Squad in Berkeley Heights for their annual Mt Carmel Festival and Fireworks Show! Thanks to our standby crew and the crew we had in town covering our town and keeping Fanwood safe!

Fanwood Community Foundation Grants Check to Fanwood Rescue!

On June 24, 2019, we were granted a check from the Fanwood Community Foundation! NJ American Water Awards Grant to Fanwood Rescue!

On June 19, 2019, we were generously granted the NJ American Water 9th Annual First Responder Grant! We are thrilled to be awarded this grant to be able to get reflective jackets for personal protective equipment for keeping our members safe while they save others! Laurel Place Fire 2019!

Tonight, Fanwood Rescue was dispatched into Fanwood for the report of a structure fire. Both of our rigs responded to the scene. Fanwood Fire Department and Scotch Plains Fire Department were also on scene fighting the fire. Scotch Plains Rescue Squad was also on scene as additional hands.
