On June 19, 2019, we were generously granted the NJ American Water 9th Annual First Responder Grant!

We are thrilled to be awarded this grant to be able to get reflective jackets for personal protective equipment for keeping our members safe while they save others! Thank you New Jersey American Water!!!

Tonight, Fanwood Rescue was dispatched into Fanwood for the report of a structure fire. Both of our rigs responded to the scene. Fanwood Fire Department and Scotch Plains Fire Department were also on scene fighting the fire. Scotch Plains Rescue Squad was also on scene as additional hands. Luckily there were no patients, human or animal!! And Fanwood Rescue just provided rehab for our firefighters!!

Fanwood Rescue was on standby today June 2, 2019 with our friends Garwood First Aid Squad for Garwood Rocks 2019!! It was a beautiful day and so much fun! Thank you to Garwood FAS for inviting us and Mountainside FAS!
